Katie Wrobel founded Rooted Reach Solutions after nearly two decades working in complex manufacturing environments at Dow, where she built a reputation for bringing clarity to complexity and helping teams succeed in demanding operational settings.
Throughout her career, Katie has helped organizations strengthen operations by simplifying processes, guiding change initiatives, and building practical learning systems that support real-world performance. She is known not only for creating strong systems—but for doing so in ways that build trust, respect people, and create lasting improvement.
Katie is also an experienced facilitator and educator who designs engaging learning experiences that help teams understand complex concepts and apply them immediately to their work. Her sessions are practical, interactive, and grounded in the realities teams face every day.
In addition to her operational leadership, Katie served as an Inclusion Coordinator, where she helped organizations translate equity and inclusion from ideas into everyday practice. She partnered with leaders to embed inclusive approaches into communication, decision-making, and accountability systems—because strong operations and inclusive cultures are deeply connected.
Katie is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner with extensive experience leading initiatives that improve clarity, strengthen accountability, and align daily work with organizational goals. Her background includes workforce development, root cause analysis, training design, facilitation, and management system improvement.
What sets Katie apart is her belief that operational excellence and human dignity belong together. Systems should make work clearer, not harder. Accountability should feel supportive, not punitive. And improvement should be something people participate in—not something done to them.
