Katie Wrobel founded Rooted Reach Solutions to help organizations turn complex challenges into practical, sustainable solutions. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations to build clarity, strengthen systems, and equip people to do meaningful work with confidence.
Known for seeing patterns others miss, Katie helps organizations translate complexity into clear, actionable steps. Whether navigating change, improving operations, strengthening leadership, or facilitating collaborative workshops, she brings people together to build shared understanding and create solutions that last.
Katie is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner with expertise in organizational effectiveness, change management, learning and workforce development, management systems, facilitation, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) strategy. Her workshops are practical, engaging, and designed to leave participants with tools they can immediately apply.
