Katie is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner with expertise in organizational effectiveness, change management, learning and workforce development, management systems, facilitation, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) strategy. Her workshops are practical, engaging, and designed to leave participants with tools they can immediately apply.
