At Rooted Reach Solutions, we help nonprofits and small to mid-sized organizations build clarity, strengthen operations, and create environments where people can do meaningful work with confidence. Katie Wrobel Founder, Rooted Reach Solutions

Katie Wrobel founded Rooted Reach Solutions after nearly two decades working within complex manufacturing environments at Dow, where she built a reputation for bringing clarity to complexity and helping teams succeed in demanding operational settings.


Throughout her career, Katie supported production organizations by developing training systems, strengthening operational processes, guiding change initiatives, and helping leaders connect expectations to real work on the floor. She became known not only for building strong systems—but for doing so in ways that respected people, built trust, and created lasting improvement.


In addition to her operational work, Katie served as an Inclusion Coordinator, where she focused on translating equity and inclusion from ideas into everyday practice. She worked alongside leaders and teams to operationalize inclusive practices—embedding them into processes, communication, decision-making, and accountability systems. Katie believes that equity and inclusion are not separate initiatives, but essential components of effective operations and strong organizational culture.


Katie is deeply committed to this work because she believes people matter—and that systems should be designed to support fairness, clarity, belonging, and opportunity. Her approach to inclusion is practical and sustainable, helping organizations move beyond statements and into meaningful, measurable action.


Katie is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner, experienced in leading change efforts that help organizations move forward with clarity and confidence. Her background includes designing and implementing training programs, supporting workforce development, improving management systems, facilitating root cause analyses, strengthening accountability structures, and aligning operational practices with organizational goals.


What makes Katie’s work distinct is her belief that operational excellence and human dignity belong together. Systems should make work clearer, not harder. Accountability should feel supportive, not punitive. And improvement should be something people participate in—not something done to them.


Katie brings both technical discipline and deep empathy to her work. She understands the realities of busy teams, limited resources, and competing priorities—especially in nonprofit and mission-driven environments where every effort matters.


Rooted Reach Solutions reflects Katie’s commitment to helping organizations grow in ways that are intentional, sustainable, and grounded in strong values—where strong systems and inclusive practices work together to support both people and purpose.

How I Work

As a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner I specialize in proactive change management—helping organizations anticipate resistance, build trust early, and create solutions that people understand and sustain.

I am also deeply committed to equity—not as an initiative, but as an operational principle. I help organizations identify where systems unintentionally create confusion, barriers, or inequity, and support the development of solutions that are both practical and fair.

 Rooted Reach Solutions was created to help organizations work smarter, fairer, and more effectively together.

Many organizations already have strong missions, dedicated teams, and thoughtful leaders. What they often need is support in connecting strategy, systems, and people in ways that make daily work clearer and more sustainable.

That is where I come in.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in listening first, understanding context, and building solutions that reflect the unique strengths of each organization.
